THE DEVELOPER

Starwood Tiverton LLC
Starwood Tiverton LLC is a partnership between New England Property Holdings, LLC and Starwood Capital Group.

New England Property Holdings, the development manager for Starwood Tiverton LLC, is led by Principal Andrew L. Ross and Director of Development Arthur F. Casey. During the past two years alone, they have been responsible for the planning and permitting of several hundred million dollars of real estate development in New England. Both Ross and Casey have been actively involved in real estate development, construction, financing, and management for more than 25 years with real estate projects throughout New England.

Since its inception in 1991, Starwood Capital Group has been one of the nation's most active and successful real estate investment firms having raised over $3.5 billion of private and institutional capital for transactions representing over $7 billion worth of real estate and related assets. One of Starwood's most significant investments is Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, the largest hotel company in the world.

SITE ENGINEER/ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING

ESS Group, Inc.

ESS is the lead civil/site engineer and environmental permitting consultant chosen by Starwood Tiverton, LLC to plan, design, and permit this complex waterfront and land development project on Mount Hope Bay. ESS responsibilities include project management and technical team coordination, civil engineering and site design services, state-of-the-art storm water management systems, and regulatory and environmental permitting on the local, state, and federal levels. During construction, ESS will provide engineering support. and will prepare civil/site design and construction documents.

GEOTECHNICAL, WATERFRONT &
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING

GZA

GZA is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm providing geotechnical, waterfront, and environmental services for this community. GZA has a staff of 500 engineers, scientists, and technical support staff in 17 offices throughout the northeastern United States. The staff delivers value to clients measured in terms of cost effectiveness, design, flexibility, and timeliness.

O. Ahlborg & Sons, Inc.

This fourth-generation general contracting, construction management and design-build firm is located in Cranston, Rhode Island. Celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2001,
