Gary Snider, the architect behind The Villages on Mount Hope Bay

The architect is a critical part of any development team. When Starwood Tiverton LLC and New England Property Holdings LLC teamed up to create The Villages on Mount Hope Bay, they conducted an exhaustive search before selecting the firm which they knew would provide the exciting designs that discriminating buyers would desire.

They found just the right combination in Gary Snider, AIA, a partner with the national award-winning firm of Bloodgood Sharp Buster. Gary heads the New England region for BSB and, as a New England resident, has a real sense of the unique architectural preferences for these buyers combined with the national exposure that brings excitement to these home designs, inside and out.

"The Villages on Mount Hope Bay is such a unique opportunity, both for me as an architect and for the homeowners who will be living there," Gary remarked. "We've designed residences that have a distinctive New England seaside exterior with open, dramatic interiors that are oriented to the magnificent views of Mount Hope Bay," he added.

In recent years, Gary's work has been honored at both regional and national conventions including his most recent awards at The International Builders Show in Las Vegas where he received awards for both residential design and clubhouse design.
