The Villages on
Mount Hope Bay-New England's Premier Waterfront
Active Adult Community
Enjoying spectacular
sunsets from your private deck, taking early morning
strolls along the water's edge, dining at a waterfront
café, or relaxing after a brisk workout and dip
in the pool at your own private fitness center.
Sound like a Caribbean resort vacation? For residents
at The Villages on Mount Hope Bay in Tiverton, Rhode
Island, this will be daily living.
"It's no wonder
this community is referred to as 'New England's
Premier Waterfront Active Adult Community',"
remarked Andy Ross, managing partner of New England
Property Holdings LLC, the developer of the community.
"Since we began planning this community nearly
four years ago, every effort has been made to design
a place for active adults 55 and over that would
set a standard for all other communities,"
Ross noted.
The scope of the project
is as breathtaking as the views of Mount Hope Bay.
Imagine a 96-acre waterfront location with unrestricted
views of the water, plus a 10,000 square foot clubhouse
with outdoor pool and fitness center, 3/4 of a mile
nature trail along the waterfront, an on-site retails
district with shoppes, a New England-style inn and
seasonal restaurant, and a lobster pound / fish
market that's open to the public.
"The easy access
to The Villages will surely make it a destination
community for people from Maine to New York,"
said Bob Cole of The Collaborative Companies, which
is responsible for the on-site sales of the 290
residences planned for the community. "The
homes will provide a carefree lifestyle both for
working adults as well as those already enjoying
retirement," Cole added.
Area attractions range
from the Four Corners art enclave in Tiverton to
the quaint shops in Little Compton and nearby Newport.
The hometown character of Tiverton is a strong attraction
to the general area according to Arthur Casey of
New England Property Holdings, LLC.
"From the first
time I saw the site, I knew this was a special place,"
Casey said. "The enthusiastic support and cooperation
which we've received from everyone has helped to
make this dream become a reality," he added. |
