The Collaborative
Companies names Maureen Fraser Sales Director at
The Villages on Mount Hope Bay
In announcing her
appointment, Robert Cole, a principal in The Collaborative
Companies, the sales and marketing company for The
Villages on Mount Hope Bay, noted what an excellent
fit this was for both Maureen and the community.
"Maureen's extensive
experience working with upscale buyers in resort-type
communities is very appropriate for the lifestyle
and home designs which are being offered here,"

community and Maureen is one of our finest sales
associates," he added.
Maureen's enthusiasm
for working on waterfront communities began while
working in Florida. "There is a certain magic
about living directly on the water," Maureen
said with her usual enthusiasm. "The spectacular
views from this site will be magnificent from every
residence and the numerous on-site amenities will
attract people from throughout New England and the
Eastern United States," she added.
Maureen began her
real estate career working for large developers
in Florida, marketing resort condominium communities.
During her 12 years selling new construction there,
Maureen marketed over fifteen resort communities,
including the waterfront resorts of Half Moon Bay,
The Jensen Beach Club, The Villages at Lake Catherine,
The Palm Clubs and The Oaks, all located in the
Palm Beaches and Martin County.
Since joining The
Collaborative Companies in 1995, Maureen Fraser
has been the Sales Director at eight upscale condominium
communities in Massachusetts, including most recently
The 1160 Beacon Street Condominium, The Residences
at Amory Park and The 64 Sewall Avenue Condominium,
