ESS was the lead civil/site engineer and environmental permitting consultant chosen by Starwood Tiverton, LLC to plan, design, and permit this complex waterfront and land development project on Mount Hope Bay.

This project has received approvals from:

• Coastal Resource Management Council (CRMC)
• Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM)
• Rhode Island Department of Transportation
• US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)
• Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
• The Town of Tiverton Planning Board

During construction, ESS will continue to provide engineering support. ESS will also prepare civil/site design and construction documents for additional phases of the project
